Illinois incentives: For residential, 26% Federal Tax Credit and 30% – 40% from Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) under the Adjustable Block Program. For commercial, 26% Federal Tax Credit, and up to $4000 for unshaded south facing roofs. 100% Bonus Depreciation in Year 1. 30% – 40% from Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SRECs) under the Adjustable Block Program.
