EcoHome Expert, Inc. is looking for a Production Manager with the following qualifications:

• Solid verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating multiple crews is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of the residential construction field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Computer literate with significant experience in MS Office.
• MarketSharp, project management, and/or scheduling software experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in construction, with at least 3 years experience as a construction superintendent or production manager.
• OSHA Certification preferred.
• Construction Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Day-to-day scheduling and coordination of all field employees.
• Visit sites to ensure projects are on track and proactively address any potential issues and quality assurance.
• Assist in pricing, ordering, and scheduling of materials.
• Maintain and update production schedules, notes, and budgets in the database.
• Review and approve timesheets.
• Analyze job cost reports with respect to estimates for accuracy as related to the necessary reconstruction.
• Purchasing and inventory management of tools, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
• Maintain and enforce job site safety and OSHA requirements.
• Manage the development and delivery of efficient operating systems.
• Routinely seek systems improvements.

We are hiring experienced salesmen to continue the growth of our team and company. And there is no chasing down leads of your own, we provide all leads.

Job Description: Roof Specialist is responsible for the direction, coordination, control, and sales of the project while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Key Area Results-# 1

• Make a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy
• Coordinate all sub work to be completed in a scheduled form
• Inspect job site for any safety issues
• Wear proper work attire, uniforms, hard hats, etc.
• Verify dumpster location and driveway protection
• Perform walk around to detect any potential damages (photo document)
• Verify all landscape protection is in place and secure
• Put sign up in the yard
• Review project with the foreman
• Lead quality assurance

Key Area Results #2-Execution of Work

• Monitor and report on project progress
• Adjust and reallocate resources to accommodate changes
• Get approval from the homeowner for all necessary change orders in writing
• Keep thorough communication with the homeowner
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
• All changes must be documented through paperwork, collect, and signed off on by the end of each project
• Inspect over all aspects of the job including:
• Ice/water
• Shingle install (6 nails)
• Flashings
• Attic ventilation
• Safety requirements
• Clean up- dumpster- falling debris
• The help project team, including service tech, to complete projects.
• Customer-focused mindset
• Check-in with H.O. as each part of the job is completed

Key Area Results in #3-Completion of Job

• Verify clean- up is being performed properly
• Verify pick up of dumpster & leftover material is going to be picked up
• Inspect all work to match our organization’s standards
• Review project with H.O.
• Perform walk around to detect any foreseen damages
• Address any concerns H.O. might have
• Collect check if all work has been completed

We are looking for a General Laborer to take up manual labor tasks and support operations on worksites. We’d like you to have the ability to lift heavy loads, commit to safety rules and be dependable.

Responsibilities:

• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
• Assist service technicians on-site
• Handle and transport materials and equipment
• Use power tools and machinery when needed
• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
• Help with setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
• Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Experienced Service Technician for Exterior Home Improvement Leader

We are hiring experienced roofing service techs to continue the growth of our team and company.

Job Description: Roofing service technicians are responsible for assembling roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, metal panels, and wood shingles into a watertight system. These types of products are typically assembled into a hydrokinetic roof system which is capable of shedding water from the roof system.

Key Results Area 1 – Repair Work
Performance Standards:

• Perform all work in accordance with proposal, budget, safety standards, injury-free and without OSHA violations.
• Show up to work site on time and in company uniform (hoodie/shirt), prepared with all materials and equipment to complete the work without needless delay. Meet with client to review work to be performed and set expectations of payment at completion.
• Install Yard Sign to promote business
• Perform Repair work to the highest standards and communicate to the manager that works performed will correct the problem identified.
• If work identified does not appear to correct the problem, contact the manager with possible alternative scopes of work to correct the problem identified. Sell Change order for additional work, sales rep/ manager to approve the price.
• Meet with clients once work is completed to confirm they are satisfied and collect payment.
• Take pictures of all completion projects- send over to production team to upload to server

Key Results Area 2 – Warranty Repairs
Performance Standards:

• Identify the problem and determine with the assistance of the operations manager and salesperson if this work is included within our warranty.
• If it is warranty work, determine the scope of work, get approval from the operations manager and perform the work that will correct the problem as efficiently as possible.
• If it is not warranty work, ask the client for approval to provide them with a written proposal to correct the problem.
• Determine work scope, develop price with the operations manager and sell work to the homeowner.
• Refer to KRA No. 1.

Key Results Area 3 – Selling Repairs
Performance Standards:

• Meet client on time and develop a working relationship with the client.
• Identify roofing problems and record an accurate survey of the roofing system
• Develop scope of work with pricing to provide a long-term solution to problems. Management to assist with the pricing and proposal process.
• Meet with the client to get the approval of the proposal.
• Refer to KRA No. 1

Key Results Area 4 – Sell and Install Solar
Performance Standards:

• Meet client on time and develop a working relationship with the client.
• Identify and record an accurate survey of the roofing system, for solar.
• Develop scope of work with pricing to provide a long-term solution to problems.
• Management to assist with the pricing and proposal process.
• Refer to KRA No. 1
